This is an application seeking substituted service of notice on respondent No.7 by publication in the local newspapers. It is submitted that respondent No.7 is residing at "Narzari Gaon", Vikhramghad, Taluka Dahanu, District Thane", and the summons issued to him has returned unserved with the endorsement that, "Village Narzari Gaon is not in existence in Taluka Dahanu".

In view thereof, this Civil Application, seeking substituted service of notice on respondent No.7, is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Notice 1/2 CAF-4154-16==.doc

on respondent No.7 be served by publication in the local newspapers "Navshakti" in Marathi language and "Free Press Journal" in English language. Notice is made returnable on 27th November 2016. 4.
