The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above First Appeal St No.2161 of 2015 which has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of the conditional order dated 31-8-2015 in view of the non removal of the office objections. The Applicants also pray for condonation of delay of 141 days in filing the above Civil Application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the above Civil Application. Since the First Appeal has been dismissed on account of the non removal of the office objections and since the First Appeal has been dismissed at a pre-admission stage, need to serve the Respondents is obviated. Hence for the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed, resultantly the First Appeal is restored to file. The Learned Counsel for the Applicant is granted two weeks time to remove the office objections. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
