2) On 27/03/2017, the learned counsel for the applicant had sought time to file an application before the learned Magistrate seized with Summary Case No. 647 of 2014 submitting therein that dispute is over the amount of deduction as per T.D.S. Liberty was granted. The learned Magistrate was also requested to decide the said application in the eventuality that it is filed within two weeks from the date of filing the application. ism

2 54.275.16 APL 3) The learned counsel for the respondent upon instructions submits that till today, no such application is filed before the learned Magistrate. 4) In view of this, applicant is granted liberty to file an application before the learned Magistrate within two weeks. The learned Magistrate shall decide the application on its own merits.
