Perused records. It appears that Notice issued through Bailiff to Respondent No.3 returned unserved with remark "Incomplete address".

The Advocate for the Applicants has filed two Affidavits dated 25/04/2018 and 10/09/2018 stating therein that he had tried to serve the Respondent No.3 but Respondent No.3 did not serve.

This is sufficient to allow the application regarding substitute service of Respondent No.3 by way of Publication in daily Newspapers "Free Press Journal" and "Navshakti" circulating within jurisdiction of Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

In view of this, Application is allowed to publish in Newspapers namely "Free Press Journal" and "Navshakti" circulating within jurisdiction of Belapur, Navi Mumbai returnable by 6 weeks.
