1] The Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24th January 2019 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3359 of 2018. The Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of two weeks.

2] It is submitted that the Applicant was released on bail on 3rd February, 2019. The Applicant thereafter had furnished the surety before the trial Court. However, on the ground that the time to furnish surety has come 1/2

osk 915-appp-351-2019.odt to an end, the Court has not accepted the same. 3] In this circumstances, the facility of cash security is extended by the period of three weeks to enable the Applicant to furnish surety in accordance with the order dated 24th January, 2019. 4] The Application is disposed of.
