The above Civil Application has been filed for seeking expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition. An identical application was filed earlier which was rejected by a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 6-102017. We have no reason to differ with the reasons mentioned by the Division Bench in its Order. The Petitioner is superannuating in the year 2021.
