By this Application, the Applicant seeks restoration of ABA No. 1123 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution. It appears that in view of dismissal of the ABA No. 1123 of 2017, the Intervention Application No. 599 of 2017 was also disposed of, as the same did not survive.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and the Order dated 22.02.2018 is re-called. Accordingly, ABA No. 1123 of 2017 with Cri. Appln. No. 599 of 2017 are restored back to its original file.
