Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 25.3.2015, the learned Prosecutor on information from the police, informs that the offence is registered against the applicant/accused at C.R. No.153 of 2015 with the Chakan police station, Pune on27.3.2015 under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Under such circumstances, no interim relief can be granted. The applicant/accused may pursue his Anticipatory Bail Application which is pending before the Sessions Court.
