We have heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner and the applicant. We find that there is no error apparent on the face of the record and even otherwise there is no ground for review. The Review petition and the civil application are therefore rejected.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks continuation of adinterim relief granted in terms of paragraph 11 of the order dated 20th

cao80 December 2016. Ad-interim relief has expired on 18th February 2017. Hence, the prayer is rejected.
