X' for identification.

The Respondent-State and legal representatives are agreed to accept the rate of Rs.25/- per sq. meter as mentioned in Column-2 of the consent terms. Therefore, consent terms are accepted and as per consent terms, First Appeal No.1045 of 2014 is disposed of. As per the consent terms, the Reference Court to calculate the amount of compensation.
