The Learned Counsel Mr. Mishra for the Applicant submits that, by this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to treat him as a pauper under Order XXXIII, Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. He submits that, the Applicant has already filed First Appeal by paying the Court fees through the legal aid. In view of subsequent development nothing survives in this Civil Application. 3.

Civil Application stands disposed of as infructuous. 4.

No order as to costs.
