1] The limited relief claimed in the Petition is for a direction to the Respondent No.2 to decide the issue with regard to interse seniority between Petitioner on one hand and Respondent Nos.6 to 8 on the other hand. The issue regarding seniority is required to be gone into by the Education Officer. We therefore direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the issue between Petitioner on one hand and the Respondent Nos.6 to 8 on the other hand after giving an opportunity of being heard to all the parties. The same to be down as expeditiously as possible, in any case, within a period of three weeks from today. The Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
