This is an application for modification of condition No.(iii) imposed upon the applicant while granting him pre-arrest bail by an Order dated 22.7.2015 by this Court in ABA NO.1024/2015. The said condition reads as under:- "(iii) Applicant shall report to concerned police station on first Sunday of each month till the conclusion of trial."

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, since the date of passing of the Order i.e. 22.7.2015 the applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition. He further submitted that the Trial Court has already framed charge and the trial has commenced. He further submitted that the applicant is ordinary resident of Delhi and therefore, it is difficult for him to attend his duty on immediate next day after attending the concerned police station. He therefore prayed that, the said condition may be suitably modified.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application the said condition is hereby modified and the applicant is hereby directed to report to the concerned police station on every first Sunday of the alternate month till the conclusion of the trial. Thus, the applicant hereinafter will have to attend the concerned police station six times in a year.

Application is accordingly allowed.
