This is an application for modification of order dated 7th July 2017 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.724 of 2017. The applicant was directed to report at Deonar Police Station on first Saturday of every month. Learned advocate for applicant submitted that the applicant has been diligently reporting to police station and for a period of about one and half year the applicant has attended police station. Acknowledgements with regards to attendance are annexed to this application. The charge sheet is already filed. It is submitted that the applicant has been attending the Trial Court on the date of hearing of the case regularly. In the circumstances, condition stipulated in order dated 7th July 2017 is modified to the extent that the applicant shall report Deonar Police Station once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11 am and 1
