Rule. Learned Counsel for the respective respondents waive service. Learned Counsel for the parties submitted that the controversy raised in these Petitions is covered by the decision dated 22.3.2017 rendered in Writ Petition No.1164/2017. In view thereof as also at the request and by consent of the parties, Rule is made returnable forthwith and the petitions are taken up for final hearing.

For the reasons stated in the decision dated 22.3.2017 rendered in Writ Petition No.1164/2017, present Petitions are allowed and the directions, as contained in paragraph-27 of the decision dated 22.3.2017, would equally apply to the instant case. The registration of the society in question as directed by the impugned order stands set aside. Rule is made absolute with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
