By this application, the applicants are seeking extension of cash security facility granted by this court. The applicants were granted bail by order dated 16.01.2019. They were permitted to furnish cash security for a period of six weeks.

spb/ 501appp354-19.odt Learned Advocate for the applicants submitted that on furnishing cash security, the Applicants are released on bail; however, the procedure of acceptance of the security is yet to be completed and that it would take some more time. Hence, it is prayed that the facility of cash security granted by this court may be extended by a further period of six weeks. Considering the submission, the facility of cash security granted by this court vide order dated 16.01.2019 in criminal bail application no. 2601 of 2018 is extended by a period of six weeks to enable the applicants to furnish security in accordance with the said order.
