By this petition, which is filed in the form of PIL under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking the following reliefs.
"(a) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to follow the provision s of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the Rules made thereunder as regards the service of notice and be pleased to further direct the Respondents to refund by way of credit the disconnection and reconnection charges in the forthcoming bills to all those customers to whom notices of disconnection were not properly served from the date of commencement of the Act;
(b) for costs;

- 2 - (c) for such other and further reliefs as the nature and circumstances of the case may require."

In our view, the persons who are aggrieved can always approach this Court and, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition as PIL. PIL is dismissed, reserving the right of the aggrieved persons to approach this Court.
