By this interim application, the Applicant-Original Petitioner is seeking to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 21/12/2018 passed by Respondent No.2Committee and remand back the matter to the Committee for reconsideration in light of the caste validity certifcate granted to his sons and his real brother.

Bare reading of an earlier order dated 13/02/2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1803/2019 shows that on that date also the Petitioner argued same point that his sons namely Prasad Ramesh Thakur and Pankaj Ramesh Thakur granted caste validity certifcate. Considering these Laxmi 1/2

8 IA 1235-21.odt facts, the Court granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (e). In view of these facts, we do not fnd any new fact in the present interim application.

When this Court declined to entertain the present interim application, the Advocate for the Applicant made a statement before this Court that he received instructions from his client not to press the present interim application at present.

Interim application stands dismissed as not pressed at present.

No order as to costs.
