This Interim Application is filed in a pending writ petition filed by the husband.

This Writ Petition challenges an order dated 25 October 2023 passed by the Family Court Mumbai.

The interim application is basically filed seeking an overnight access of the daughter on her birthday i.e. Wednesday 6 March 2024.

The respondent is present in the court and on her instructions her advocate submits that since it is birthday of the daughter on Wednesday 6 March 2024, the respondent is permitted the Petitioner to meet with the daughter on morning 11.00 a.m. on 6 March 2024 and to be with her (daughter) till ADN

Hence, in view of the concession as given by the respondent, the applicant husband is allowed to take the daughter 'Krisha' on Wednesday 6 March 2024 at 11.00 a.m. in the morning from the residence of respondent and drop her back on or before 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday 6 March 2024. Both the parties will cooperate. 6.

In view of the same, Interim Application No.2182 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
