Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application in view of the statement made by the learned APP, that charge-sheet has been filed in the said case. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an appropriate application before the concerned Court, as charge-sheet has been filed.

It is made clear, that this Court has not considered the present application on merits and the learned Judge shall consider the application, if filed, on its own merit, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the present application.
