The Applicant was granted bail by this Court (Coram: P.D. Naik) vide order dated 22nd February 2019 passed in Bail Application No.327 of 2019, in which one of the conditions was that the applicant had to report to Samata Nagar Police station once in a month on frst Saturday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till further orders. This order was passed as mentioned earlier, on 22nd February 2019. The applicant had preferred Criminal Application No.727 of 2019 in Criminal Bail Application No.327 of 2019 for Chitra Sonawane

2 / 2 20-IA in BA.odt modifcation of this condition. That application was not granted, however, liberty was granted to the applicant to move a fresh application after six months from the date of the order i.e. 12th June 2019.

Pursuant to this liberty, the applicant has preferred this application for modifcation of that condition. The learned counsel for the applicant states that he has been regularly attending the police station as directed by this Court. Accepting this statement, it appears that since more than a year, he is reporting as directed, therefore, I am inclined to modify that condition, however, I am not inclined to delete that condition altogether. Hence, the order.

O R D E R

(i) The applicant shall report to Samata Nagar Police Station once in 3 months on frst Saturday of the month, between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till further orders in connection with CR No.904 of 2018 registered with that police station.
