Anwar Abdul Aziz Pathan who is appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 1389 of 2011, has been convicted under Section 302 of IPC for causing the death of Naresh Gaikwad. Hence, he

jdk 2 4.crappa.520.12.doc preferred Criminal Appeal No. 1389 of 2011 against his conviction and sentence. In the said appeal, he preferred Criminal Application No. 145 of 2012 for bail. The applicant - Intervenor Sudha Naresh Gaikwad is the wife of deceased Naresh Gaikwad. She has preferred the present application for intervention in Criminal Application No. 145 of 2012 to oppose Criminal Application No. 142 of 2012 for bail. 2.

The record shows that Criminal Application No. 145 of 2012 was rejected on 11.6.2012 by this Court. In this view of the matter, this application is infructous and is disposed of as such.
