Perused the FIR. There are allegations against all the Applicants in the FIR. No case is made out for the discharge. It is specifically stated by the complainant in her statement on 11-4-2013 that she was assaulted by her mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, who are the Applicants in the present application.
