Ms. Thorat, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner has been granted caste validity certificate by the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Pune, on 23rd March, 2018. She tenders a copy of the said caste validity certificate across the Bar. The same is taken on record. 3.

In the light of the above, the petitioner's grievance raised in the petition stands redressed. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition stands disposed of.
