DATE: DECEMBER 09, 2021 P.C.:- 1] Applicant has suffered arrest on 9/11/2020. He is seeking bail after having chargesheeted in C.R. No.I-1097 of 2020 registered with Tulinj Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 328, 419, 323, 506 of the IPC and Sections 4, 6, 8, 12 of the POCSO Act. 2] Medical evidence supports the case of the prosecution. Statement of victim recorded under Section 164 further fortifies the case against the Applicant who, at the time of commission of offence, was married and blessed with three children. As such, prima facie, there is enough evidence to infer involvement of the Applicant in the offence. No case for bail is therefore made out.

3] Application as such stands rejected.
