Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The applicant had been convicted by the learned trial court for the offence punishable under section 279 and 304A. He has filed revision application which is listed for final hearing in the next week. In view thereof I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant pending the revision application. The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or cash deposit of Rs.10,000/-. (JUDGE)
