Mr. Jenish Jain, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant states that he is withdrawing the Second Appeal as the dispute between the parties have been amicably settled. Therefore, Second Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn.

In view of withdrawal of the Second Appeal, nothing survives in the Interim Applications and Civil Application and the same are also disposed of.
