By order dated 31/01/2018 this Court had stayed execution of the impugned judgment dated 20/09/2016 subject to deposit of an amount of Rs.4,000/- per month. Order dated 21/06/2021 records that the Appellant had not deposited the said amount. 2.

The Applicants have filed this application stating that the Appellant has not deposited the amount and have prayed for vacating the stay granted by order dated 31/01/2018.

By order dated 21/06/2021 this Court had given an opportunity to the Appellant to deposit the amount as per the order dated 31/01/2018. Office note indicates that till date the Appellant has not filed reply to this application. It is also stated that the Appellant has not complied with the order dated 31/01/2018.

Under the circumstances, the stay order stands vacated. 5.
