After arrest on August 4, 2018, the applicant is chargesheeted in crime No.I-122/2018 for offence punishable under sections 307, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Mhasarul police station, Nashik. 3.
It is claimed that there are no antecedents.

In addition to the reasons recorded by this Court in order dated March 5, 2019 passed in Bail Application No.524 of
2 908) ba744-19.doc 2019 preferred by co-accused Suraj Fakira Khode, it is worth to observe that the victim in the present crime has not named the applicant with any overt act. That being so and having regard to the fact that there are no antecedents, the application is allowed. Hence the order :- i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No.I-122/2018 for offence punishable under sections 307, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Mhasarul police station, Nashik upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; ii) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;
iii) In case it is noticed that the applicant is involved in similar type of offence, liberty to the prosecution to move for cancellation of bail;
iv) Let this order be brought to the notice of DCP, Zone-I, Nashik who shall appreciate the investigation carried out till date and if required, may advise corrective measures; iv) The application stands disposed of accordingly.
