rpa 2/2 1 appa 350 of 2012.doc Today, learned APP has tendered an additional affidavit of Mr.Sunil Mali, holding additional charge of Sub Divisional Officer, Mumbai, Western Suburban, Mumbai, dated 24th August, 2022. The said additional affidavit is taken on record in Criminal Appeal No.1127 of 2018. The said officer has stated the manner in which the earnest money of Rs.4 crores 50 lakhs was deposited by the petitioner.
