This is an application for temporary bail. It is submitted that the mother of the applicant is unwell and, therefore, he wants to meet her at Talegaon. The applicant is facing prosecution under sections 408, 420 r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Counsel for the applicant-accused submits that the applicant-accused has filed a regular bail application, which is pending before the Sessions Court. 3.

Under such circumstances, the applicant-accused shall go for hearing of the regular bail application which can be expedited. With this, the present application is rejected.
