Mr. Gavnekar, learned counsel for Respondent submitted that, the Respondent tried to serve notice of circulation of present Writ Petition upon the Petitioner who appears in person, however, he did not open the door of his residence. He further submitted that, e-mail sent to the Petitioner on his email ID as per record, has been bounced back. He submitted that, even the Petitioner is not responding to the committee members of the said society where the suit premises is situated and has refused to accept any communication from them also. He further on instructions submitted that, the Respondent will file Interim Application placing on record the said facts and for certain other reliefs.

In view of the above, remove from board.
