This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and facility of cash bail. It is noted that time was extended on several occasions. The advocate for applicant, however, submits that process of furnishing report in respect to solvent surety takes time. The applicant had forwarded letter dated 4th January 2019 to Naib Tahsildar (Revenue), District Buldhana to verify the solvency certificate of surety and to submit verification report in the Trial Court. It is submitted that the application of the applicant has been verified by Tahsildar office and report will be dispatched to the Trial Court. In the circumstances it is submitted that extension of eight weeks be granted.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, time to furnish surety and facility of cash bail is extended for a period of eight weeks. The
