Civil Application No.77 of 2017 is moved for amendment as the applicant wants to delete the respondent Nos.2 Kedar Prakash Dixit, respondent No.3 Bhalchandra Raghunath Dixit and respondent No.27 Chintaman Mahadeo Dixit from the array of respondents in the review application. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that Respondent No.1 Chintaman Mahadev Dixit is the only plaintiff, who filed the original suit, however, by mistake, he has also mentioned his own name as respondent No.27. So, his name needs to be deleted. Therefore, he seeks permission to delete his name from the review application.

The learned Counsel further submitted that the plaintiff Chintaman Mahadev Dixit, has already deleted Respondents - Kedar Prakash Dixit, Bhalchandra Raghunath Dixit from the array of the defendants from the original suit. However, inadvertently, their names are carried forward in these applications and therefore, he be permitted to delete the said names. 3.

Permission granted. Respondent No.2 Kedar Prakash Dixit and Respondent No.3 Bhalchandra Raghunath Dixit are allowd to be deleted from the array of the respondents. Amendments to be carried out within two days.
