We terminate the proceeding in the instant Writ Petition which brought to the notice of the Court the requirement of constructing a new Court complex at Bhiwandi. The building plans have been sanctioned. Pursuant to notice inviting tenders, the contractor has been enlisted. Work order has been issued. Construction has commenced. Roof of the second floor has been cast. The work awarded to the contractor is being monitored and the contractor is executing the work as per the schedule agreed. The construction work would be over by June, 2002. Thereafter furniture, fittings and fixtures would be 1/2

(10) PIL 24-17 obtained and the building would be expected to be ready for commissioning in December, 2020.

At the administrative side the issue is being monitored by this Court to ensure that the necessary funds have been released by the State Government.
