This is the second application for bail by the applicant. 2.

The earlier application was rejected by this Court by an order dated 07.10.2016. The record indicates that the trial of the present crime has been already commenced and the prosecution has examined about five witnesses till date.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that, in the evidence of various witnesses recorded till date, no role of the applicant is disclosed by any of the witnesses and therefore, she Aarti Palkar 1/2

It prima facie appears that the trial of the present case is steadily progressing and therefore, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.

Application is accordingly rejected.
