At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause (b) as to incorporate the prayer for relaxation of condition imposed by order dated 12/01/2018. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The Applicant herein was released on bail by order dated 30/04/2015 in C.R.No.67/2012 registered with EOW, Bangur Nagar Police Station. One of the conditions of the bail order was to attend the concerned Investigating Agency on every Monday between 10:00 1/2

P.H. Jayani 02 IA935.2021.doc a.m. to 12:00 noon till further orders. The said condition was subsequently modified by order dated 12/01/2018 and the Applicant was directed to attend the concerned Investigating Agency on 1st Monday of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon till further orders. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the charge sheet has been filed. The Applicant has been attending the Court on every date of hearing. It is therefore not necessary to mark his presence before the Investigating Agency every month. Learned APP also concedes that the charge sheet has been filed and that the Applicant has not violated the terms and conditions of the bail. 3.

In the light of said statement, condition no.3 of order dated 30/04/2015 which was subsequently modified by order dated 12/01/2018, is relaxed. The Applicant shall attend the Court on every date of hearing fixed by the Trial Court.
