The learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, states that since the applicant is accused of offence u/s.353 of the Indian Penal Code and he had committed a similar act which has resulted in registration of CR No.277/2019, where he has obstructed the Forest Officer in performing his duty, let the notice u/s.41A of the Cr.P.C. be issued to the applicant. 2.

On receipt of the said notice, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer. In case if the Investigating Officer is desirous of arresting the applicant, he shall issue 48 hours notice.
