This petition is filed for a simpliciter direction to expedite the proceedings before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. We are not inclined to issue such an ad hoc direction as there may be more urgent and immediate grievances that the Tribunal is required to deal with. We leave it to the Tribunal, if an application is made by the Petitioner for early hearing, to deal with the same as per the pendency before it.
