1) This is an application by the original complainant Mrs. Jyoti Deepak Tiwari in CR No. 620/2016 registered with D. N. Nagar Police Station, Andheri (W), Mumbai for intervention. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) .

2) The applicant in ABA No.351 of 2017 is hereby directed to add the original complainant Smt. Jyoti Deepak Tiwari as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the same stipulated period.
