Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding seeking approval to the post of Junior Clerk in the Respondent No.2-school. 2.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. However, so far as the issue of approval to the post of junior clerk is concerned, since that is not the subject matter of the present Petition, it would be open for the Petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedy available in law.
