The grievance of the petitioners is that though vide order dated 06/05/2004, the Maharashtra Slum Areas (I.C. & R.) Tribunal, Mumbai in Appeal No. 197 of 1990 remanded the matter to the Competent Authority with directions contained in the said order Exhibit 'B', but till date, the remand order of the Tribunal has not been complied with by the Competent Authority i.e. respondent No.3. Learned AGP appearing for the respondent No.3 submits that the respondent No.3 shall decide 1/2

15. wp 9172.14.doc the matter within 4 months as per the directions of the Tribunal, if not already decided.

Keeping in view aforesaid submissions, we dispose of this Petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the matter as directed by the Tribunal within 4 months from the date of appearance of the petitioners before him. Parties to appear before respondent No.3 on 10/11/2016 at 11.00 a.m. 4.
