Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that for the limited prayer in the nature of direction to the Authority to decide the stay Application, the Petition was filed in this Court. Learned counsel then submits that it is informed to the counsel that recently the Appeal preferred before the Authority wherein the Application for grant of stay was filed, itself is decided, as such nothing survive in this Petition. 2.

In view of the above, the Petition has been rendered infructuous, which is accordingly disposed.
