The learned APP on instructions from the Investigation Officer submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 15.3.2016 the applicants have attended the Investigation Officer and co-operated the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view of the same, the interim relief granted by an order dated 15.3.2016 is hereby confirmed, however, the applicants are directed to attend the Investigation Officer as and when called for till filing of the charge sheet.

It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant the Investigation Officer shall issue notice to the applicants as contemplated under section 160 of the Cr.P.C. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
