Heard Mr. Haridas, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants i.e. Respondent No.1 and Mr. Bodake, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, by consent, the Sugarcane crop, which is standing on Gat no. 230 of village Limbachiwadi, Taluka and District Satara is

921 IA 2318.23 in SA 472.22+IA 9762.doc allowed to be supplied to sugar factory by the Applicant i.e. Vijaysinh Baburao Ghorpade. However, it is clarified that he has to file affidavit giving all the particulars regarding same and the amount received by him with respect to crop standing on Gat No. 230, will have to be deposited in this Court within a period of 15 days from receipt of the said amount from Sugar factory. 3.

It is clarified that the above arrangement is arrived at by consent of the parties and the same is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties.

The Interim Application No.2318 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.
