P.C.:- On 12th March, 2018, the Applicant was granted interim relief.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record.
The Applicant is working as an RTO agent at Boriwali, Mumbai. It is the allegation against the Applicant that, the Applicant submitted certain documents of one Anilkumar Agrawal for getting 'batch' for an Auto Rickshaw with the Deputy Sub-Divisional Transport Officer, Boriwali Division. In the said documents, it is found that the domicile certificate submitted by said Anilkumar Agrawal was 1/2
ssm 2 14-aba457.18.sxw bogus/forged document. The record, prima facie, indicates that the Applicant has no direct role in manufacturing and/or preparing the said bogus certificate on behalf of Anilkumar Agrawal. In view thereof, the Applicant is entitled to be protected by pre-arrest bail.
Interim relief granted by an Order dated 12th March, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to report the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station is waived. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
