P.C.:- This is an Application for amendment to the Writ Petition to add Joint Sub-Registrar, Andheri No.1 as Respondent No.14. According to the learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner, the said Authority is a necessary party for final adjudication of the present Petition. In view thereof, Interim Aplication is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Necessary amendment be carried out in the record of the Court within a period of two weeks from today. After amendment is carried out, the Applicant/Petitioner is directed to serve complete compilation of the Petition upon all the Respondents within a period of four weeks thereafter. (A.S.
