Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Order dated 9th December, 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is quashed and set aside. 5.

Four weeks time is granted to take steps against unserved Respondent No.1, failing which Appeal shall stand dismissed against unserved Respondent No.1.

The Applicant shall remove office objections within four weeks from today.
