Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant was at Uttar Pradesh on account of ill health of his father. Within four weeks the applicant would execute the fresh bond in accordance with order dated 3rd January, 2022. 3.

Considering the submissions, the applicant is permitted to execute fresh bond within a period of four weeks from today.
