The civil application seeks vacating of an interim order. The interim order was passed after hearing the parties, though the same was called ad-interim, since the Respondents wanted to file a reply and sought time for the purpose. The present application is made for modification of that order without filing any affidavit in reply. The same obviously cannot be granted. However, I am inclined to expedite the hearing of the petition and place it for final hearing on a fixed date. The petition to come up for final hearing on 25 August 2016.
